Flwstate Media provides digital design, development, marketing, and consultation services as described on our website. Project scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payment
Payment terms are specified per project on a case-by-case basis. We assess each client's needs and circumstances to agree fair, transparent pricing before work begins.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive agreed deliverables and usage rights as specified in the project agreement. Flwstate Media retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
Flwstate Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
